Live Poultry

We do not ship live chickens or chicks under any circumstances.

All poultry (day-old chicks and point-of-lay hens) must be collected in person. Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.

Hatching Eggs

We do ship hatching eggs within the UK.

Eggs are carefully packaged in protective materials and sent via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked.

While we take great care in packaging, we cannot be held responsible for any breakages or damage during transit. Postal handling is outside our control.

Fertility and hatch rates cannot be guaranteed once eggs leave our premises.

Other Items

Gift baskets, feeds, and poultry supplies can be shipped within the UK.

Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

A tracking number will be provided where applicable.
