Welcome to The Fluffy Thistle. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Sales of Live Poultry

 

All poultry (chicks, hatching eggs, or point-of-lay hens) are sold in good health at the time of sale.

 

Chicks are sold unsexed unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee gender outcomes, and no refunds or replacements will be offered on this basis.

 

Once birds or eggs leave our premises, we cannot accept responsibility for their ongoing care, health, survival, or hatch success.

 

 

2. Hatching Eggs

 

Fertility is checked regularly in our flock. However, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed due to differences in transport, incubation conditions, and care outside our control.

 

Eggs are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

 

3. Returns & Refunds

 

All poultry sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

 

We do operate a Rooster Return Scheme: if you find yourself with too many roosters, we will accept them back into our flock. Please note this is a return-only scheme — no payment, exchange, or refund will be provided.

 

 

4. Visiting Our Premises

 

Visits are strictly by appointment only. Please contact us in advance before coming to view or collect birds. Unscheduled visits are not permitted.

 

 

5. Liability

 

The Fluffy Thistle accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the keeping of poultry purchased from us, or the use of products supplied by us.

 

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate housing, feed, and care for their birds.
