No Refunds or Returns
All poultry sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements under any circumstances, including but not limited to sexing outcomes (e.g., if birds develop into roosters). All chicks are sold as unsexed unless otherwise stated.
Health at Time of Sale
Birds are sold in good health. Once they leave our premises, we cannot be responsible for their ongoing care, health, or survival.
Rooster Return Scheme
If you find yourself with more roosters than you can keep, we do offer a rehoming option. We are happy to accept unwanted roosters back into our flock. Please note that this is a return only scheme, no payment, refund, or exchange will be provided.
